Booking & Cancellation Policy
How appointments, deposits, and cancellations work with Glow Tan by Fab. Please review this before you book.
Individual appointments
No deposit is required for individual spray tanning appointments. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
You must reconfirm your appointment on the day of service before Faby departs for your location. Faby will not depart until your appointment has been reconfirmed.
Glow Party reservations
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your Glow Party and is applied toward the total. For the $399 four-guest package, the deposit is $199.50. For a custom party quote, the deposit is 50% of the confirmed total.
Glow Party cancellations & rescheduling
With at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment, your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled Glow Party, subject to availability. Deposits are not refundable.
With less than 24 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited.
Minor consent (Glow Party)
Guests must be at least 13 years of age. Guests under 18 must have written consent from their own parent or legal guardian. That parent or guardian must remain present throughout the session. This requirement applies individually to every minor. The party host cannot consent on behalf of another guest's child.
